Online counselling · In English · Wherever you are
A space to feel heard.
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something is not quite right. That might be anxiety, burnout, grief, or relationship difficulties. Or the particular weight of navigating all of it far from home.
Sessions online, in English, from wherever you are.

Maybe this sounds familiar
You've been living away from home for a while, navigating a new culture, a new language, new ways of doing things. You've built something here. But beneath that, something about belonging, or about who you are, still feels unresolved.
Something has been making you anxious or low. Sometimes you can name it: grief, burnout, a relationship that isn't working. Sometimes you can't. Either way, you've been carrying it for longer than feels reasonable.
You're going through something. A move, a relationship ending or changing, a loss, a shift in how you understand yourself. You thought it would feel different by now.
Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened. You're functioning, you're managing. But something feels hollow, or heavier than it should, and you're not quite sure why.

What counselling is and isn't
It is
- A confidential space to think things through with someone who isn't personally involved
- Person-centred and collaborative. We work together, at your own pace
- A place to slow down and understand what's actually going on
- Evidence-informed and tailored to you
It isn't
- A place to receive medical treatment, diagnoses, or emergency care
- Advice-giving or telling you what to do
- Judging how you feel or how you got here
- A quick fix, though progress can happen faster than you expect
- An open-ended commitment. You decide when you've got what you need
